Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer purchasing from goodsforpaws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at goodsforpaws.contact@gmail.com before the deadline expires.

How to return

• Email us at goodsforpaws.contact@gmail.com with your order number
• Return the item in its original condition and packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

Refund

Once we confirm the return, we will refund the full order amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
